Fine-tuning Leadership: Q4 2024 Edition

A Message from Our Leader, Michael Bauman:

At LTC Ally, we’re committed to leading by example.

This means delivering exceptional service to our clients while continuously refining our own practices from within. Our recent CAREs Leadership Summit reflects this dedication, as we invested in actionable strategies to help our leaders and managers bring out the best in their teams. Ultimately, the skills and insights gained at the summit filter directly into the high-quality service we provide to you, our valued partners.

Summit Highlights: Building Stronger Leaders

LTC Ally’s inaugural CAREs Leadership Summit brought together 100+ supervisors and managers for a day of insightful talks and hands-on learning. Each session was designed to strengthen our leaders’ abilities to inspire, guide, and foster productive teams. The summit’s sessions were structured around empowering our leaders with techniques they can implement directly in their day-to-day work.

Keynote Session: “I am a Leader…So What Does That Really Mean?”

Our powerful keynote session, Tzvi Schwartz addressed the core of leadership, urging our team to consider what it truly means to lead.  Replete with inspiring and actionable tips, this session set the tone for the day, emphasizing that true leadership is both an opportunity and an obligation.

“Your job is to bring out the best in every person on your team”

Workshops: Practical Skills for Effective Leadership

Our leaders participated in two focused workshops aimed at equipping them with practical skills for effective team management and growth.

Elisheva Robbins presented “The Art and Science of Giving Effective Feedback” workshop emphasized feedback as a strategic tool for growth and development.

In another workshop“Empowering Your Team to Do Their Best Work,” Naphtali Hoff focused on creating an empowering work environment and building an atmosphere of trust, communication, support and autonomy.

Panel: Real-World Insights from LTC Ally’s Leadership Team

Our summit concluded with a Q&A panel featuring LTC Ally’s own executive team. Leaders shared personal experiences and insights, addressing practical challenges supervisors face daily. The conversation was both insightful and relatable.

At LTC Ally, leading by example means constantly striving to improve—not just for our internal teams but for the clients who rely on us.
