How Our Contracting Experts Helped an Operator Improve Their Census

A long-term care operator recently came to our contracting department with a problem. He was having a hard time getting in-network with a highly sought-after payer, or direct contracting entity. 

In order to help our client, specialists in managed care contracting conducted extensive research to understand how we could best represent this operator to the network they wanted to contract with. 

Part of this process involved organizing meetings with all the stakeholders involved, including third-party providers who had an established relationship with the operator’s facilities and were ready to provide a letter of support.
